  • An evaluation of the property
  • 7.5% Government Fee
  • 3% Legal fee
  • Copy of ID for both buyer and seller
It is important when purchasing property in Dominica to find out whether the property has a Certificate of Title.  If it does not, the process of issuing a first title takes a bit longer than if it is simple transfer.
